- Arbitrated over 70 matters. 33 cases tried to a decision. Chair
of panel or solo arbitrator in 51 matters. Nine were international. Subjects included contract, oil and gas, steam supply, coal
supply, pipe supply, force majeure, indemnity, gas supply, construction
(semisubmersible drilling rig and mooring system; large apartment complex; major
league stadium; refinery expansion), airline capacity purchase agreement, trade
secrets, fraud, antitrust, insurance coverage, ERISA, auto dealer-manufacturer disputes,

- Mediated over 2500 lawsuits. Emphasis on
complex cases. Significant mediation experience in antitrust, contract,
securities fraud, oil and gas, legal malpractice, environmental,
